- Chargeback Gurus is seeking a highly skilled and independent Client Support Specialist with 3 to 5 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably within the technology or financial services sector.
- The ideal candidate will be an integral part of our client support operations, responsible for managing day-to-day client interactions, resolving complex inquiries, and contributing to strategic client management.
- This role requires a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and has a proven track record of improving client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Independently manage day-to-day client interactions and efficiently resolve complex inquiries with minimal supervision.Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and addressing any initial challenges they may face.Develop and deliver insightful quarterly business reviews to clients, highlighting key performance metrics and providing actionable insights.Identify opportunities for process improvements within client support operations and collaborate with Client Success Managers to implement these changes.Mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance overall team performance and capabilities.Required Skills & Qualifications :
