HIRING HR Recruiter

Locations : S. G. Highway, Jagatpur Nr, Nirma Uni. Ahmedabad, Gujarat 382481

Education : Any graduate

Exp : - 1 to 5 yrs

CTC : - Max 30 k

Interview time : 10 to 6 anytime (Mon-Fri)

Working Days : 5.5 days (3rd Saturday off)

Duties And Responsibilities : -

• Source passive candidates through different portals.
• Search resume databases for the most fit candidates.
• Ability and willingness to learn about the position requirements.
• Ability to scan large volumes of resumes.
• Understanding and familiarity with Recruitment Marketing.
• Communicate with Hiring Managers.
• Good time-management skills.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team player.
• Prepare a report on a weekly basis for the tasks completed or in progress.
