We’re Hiring : Head of Finance (FMCG | Beverages)

A fast-growing FMCG beverage company is looking for a dynamic Head of Finance to lead its financial strategy and support the next phase of growth.

Location : Gurgaon

Role Type : Leadership | Full-Time

About the Role

This role is critical in driving financial strategy, governance, profitability, and business partnering across a rapidly expanding consumer business. The position will work closely with the Board and CXOs to shape and influence key strategic decisions.

Ideal Profile

Chartered Accountant with 12–15 years of experience in FMCG / Beverages

Proven track record in end-to-end finance management, P&L ownership, and working capital optimisation

Strong grounding in FP&A, controllership, compliance, and internal controls

Ability to act as a strategic advisor to senior business leadership
