Ensure high-quality software delivery through modern engineering practices, automation, and CI / CD pipelines. Oversee architectural decisions, scalability, and system performance. Stay updated with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact on the organization. Establish engineering policies, standards, and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality. Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and other cross-functional teams for smooth execution of projects. Manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships for technology functions. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of experience in software development and engineering leadership roles. Proven track record of managing and scaling engineering teams (50+ members preferred). Strong knowledge of modern technology stacks, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and agile methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in a fast-paced, product-driven environment. Competitive compensation and benefits.
