About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and visionary

Head of Engineering

to lead our technology organization and drive our engineering excellence across all departments. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a strong technical foundation, proven experience in managing high-performing teams, and a passion for building scalable, reliable, and innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Leadership & Strategy :

Define and execute the company’s engineering vision and strategy in alignment with business goals.

Oversee all engineering functions including software development, DevOps, QA, infrastructure, and data engineering.

Collaborate with executive leadership to shape technology roadmaps and ensure technology supports business growth and innovation.

Team Management :

Build, mentor, and lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, managers, and technical leads.

Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Implement best practices in team organization, communication, and performance evaluation.

Technical Excellence :

Ensure high-quality software delivery through modern engineering practices, automation, and CI / CD pipelines.

Oversee architectural decisions, scalability, and system performance.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact on the organization.

Process & Operations :

Establish engineering policies, standards, and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality.

Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and other cross-functional teams for smooth execution of projects.

Manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships for technology functions.

Qualifications & Experience :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

10+ years of experience in software development and engineering leadership roles.

Proven track record of managing and scaling engineering teams (50+ members preferred).

Strong knowledge of modern technology stacks, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and agile methodologies.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
