Job descriptionEnsure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and presentations for management and stakeholders. Oversee the consolidation of financial data from all hotels to provide a comprehensive view of the company's financial position. Maintain accounting policies and procedures in compliance with relevant regulations and accounting standards. Be Responsible for Monthly Books Closing, Quarterly Books closing and Audited Financial Results. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accounting standards, including tax and statutory requirements. Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets and minimize financial risk. Coordinate internal and external audits, addressing any identified issues or recommendations. Provide financial insights and guidance to senior management to support strategic decision-making and business planning. Evaluate investment opportunities, conduct financial due diligence, and make recommendations for acquisitions or divestments. Collaborate with other departments to assess financial implications of operational initiatives and cost-saving measures. Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the finance department. Promote collaboration and cross-functional partnerships to drive financial excellence across the organization.
