Job Description :
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Talentrack.
This full-time, on-site role is based out of our Noida office and is pivotal to scaling our business through strategic partnerships and high-impact collaborations.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Driving revenue through marketing and advertising agency partnerships.
2. Identifying and unlocking new business opportunities.
3. Identify emerging industry trends, evolving consumer needs, and high-potential client opportunities.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
5. Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and strategy teams to enhance the Talentrack marketplace based on client feedback and market insights.
Skills & Qualifications :
1. Minimum 8 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the media or advertising industry.
2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a strategic mindset.
3. A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead initiatives from concept to execution.
5. Strong network across agencies, brands, or creator platforms is a plus.
