Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads
Develop and execute territory-based client acquisition strategies
Drive business growth by achieving sales targets
Oversee and ensure smooth day-to-day field operations.

Required Candidate Profile

Minimum 1 years of sales experience (preferably in field sales).

Graduate in any discipline.

Willingness to engage in on-field work.

Must possess all documents from the last employer.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to motivate and manage a sales activity effectively.
