We at Coforge are hiring Campus Recruitment Manager with the following skillset :
- Design and implement a comprehensive campus hiring strategy for engineering talent across Tier 1, Tier 2, and regional / local engineering colleges.
- Collaborate with business leaders and workforce planning teams to forecast campus hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders at engineering colleges, including placement cells, faculty, and student bodies.
- Drive employer branding initiatives through campus events, hackathons, webinars, and student engagement programs.
- Lead end-to-end campus recruitment processes including pre-placement talks, assessments, interviews, offer rollouts, and onboarding.
- Manage large-scale hiring events across multiple geographies, ensuring seamless execution and candidate experience.
- Provide regular updates, dashboards, and insights to leadership on hiring progress, challenges, and market trends
Desired Profile
10–15 years of experience in campus recruitment within the IT services industry, with a strong focus on engineering talent.Proven track record of managing large-scale campus hiring programs, including regional and local college outreach.Deep understanding of the engineering education ecosystem, including relationships with top-tier and regional institutes (IITs, NITs, IIITs, state universities, etc.).Skills Required
