Handle travel expense claims and reimbursement requests.
Handle petty cash with coordination to the Account department.
Vendor coordination and solves problems associated with vendors regarding shipments, billing, and statements.
Monitors expenditures, processes payment requests for reimbursement; prepares purchase orders, purchase requisitions and ensures proper procedures for paying service providers, consultants, and contractors.
Handling management of major staff meetings and annual events of the organization.
Manage general administrative activities (Stationary, Housekeeping, AC / Furniture / Electronics etc.)
Orders supplies and equipment; maintains service contracts on office equipment.
Provide support to new recruits with facilities and necessary assets.
Manage data and update regularly.
Conduct field-sense training for new sales staff and monitor field-sense attendance
