SAP Commerce Lead

Job descriptionMinimum 8 years of IT experience with at least 5 years focused on SAP Commerce (Hybris) development and rollout projects. Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, RESTful APIs, JSP, and SAP Commerce Accelerator storefront. Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex rollout projects. Hands-on experience with integration between SAP Commerce and SAP ERP / cloud platforms (CCV2). Solid understanding of DevOps processes and experience using Git for version control. Knowledge of headless commerce architecture and modern eCommerce best practices. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Willingness to work in a hybrid mode and flexible to travel as required.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead SAP Commerce (Hybris) development and rollout projects across multiple countries.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams.
- Customize and extend SAP Commerce Accelerator storefronts to meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain integrations between SAP Commerce, SAP ERP, and cloud platforms (including CCV2).
- Utilize Java, Spring Framework, RESTful APIs, JSP, and other technologies to deliver scalable solutions.
- Collaborate closely with architects, front-end, and back-end teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
- Drive performance optimization and debugging efforts to improve system reliability and responsiveness.
- Implement DevOps best practices, including version control using Git, CI / CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
- Apply knowledge of headless commerce architectures to design flexible, future-proof solutions.
- Ensure on-time delivery of project milestones while maintaining high quality standards.
