Job descriptionProspect and identify new clients to generate business opportunities. Build and maintain a strong pipeline through calls, networking, and research. Engage with decision-makers and present tailored business proposals. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets. Manage and strengthen existing client accounts. Work closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met. Conduct regular follow-ups, reviews, and client feedback sessions. Support in identifying and establishing business alliances and partnerships. Assist in planning campaigns and initiatives with partners to expand reach. Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities. Participate in events and forums to represent Talentiser and build networks. Provide insights to improve business strategies and offerings. 5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Partnerships (Associate). 5–8 years for the Manager level. Prior experience with recruitment firms and managing Global Capability Centre (GCC) clients is highly preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong relationship management and networking abilities. Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working remotely.
