About the Role :

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Truww , you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment and HR operations ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent while supporting smooth onboarding and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and source top talent.

Manage the full recruitment cycle, sourcing to onboarding.

Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and exit processes.

Maintain attendance records and ensure HR policy compliance.

Support HR initiatives, policy implementation, and communication.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.

Proven experience in recruitment and

Preference for candidates from the interior design industry .

Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
