Kimaya Himalayan Beverages LLP, established in November 2018, is a fast-growing corporate and manufacturing entity driven by passion, innovation, and excellence. Our flagship brand Bee Young made history as India’s First Crafted Strong Beer, winning accolades including Gold at the Asia Beer Challenge 2024 and multiple awards at the World Beer Awards. With our first D2C model, Bee Young Brew Garden, we are redefining the craft beverage and dining experience in Delhi NCR with innovation at the heart of everything we do.

Position : Culinary Lead (Multi-Cuisine)

Business Unit : Kimaya Breweries LLP (Microbrewery Segment)

We’re on the lookout for a Culinary Trailblazer who can redefine the art of dining at one of India’s most vibrant craft beer destinations. As Culinary Lead , you’ll helm our multi-cuisine kitchens—blending bold global flavors, creative beer pairings, and fusion-driven innovation to craft experiences that excite, surprise, and inspire.

Key Responsibilities

1. Culinary Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing culinary team across multi-cuisine offerings — Indian, Continental, Asian, Mediterranean, and Fusion.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, consistency, and operational excellence, ensuring the kitchen functions seamlessly across all outlets.
  • Conduct regular training, workshops, and skill development programs to upskill chefs and kitchen staff, enhancing both efficiency and innovation.

2. Menu Development & Culinary Innovation

  • Curate and continuously evolve menus that balance innovation, authenticity, and brand identity, including signature dishes, seasonal offerings, and tasting menus.
  • Introduce beer-paired concepts and culinary-beverage collaborations to create unique dining experiences.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to translate culinary creations into engaging guest stories, digital content, and promotional campaigns.
  • 3. Kitchen Operations & Quality Assurance

  • Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow, consistent quality, and timely delivery of dishes.
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for food preparation, presentation, hygiene, and safety.
  • Monitor and enforce strict compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards across all culinary touchpoints.
  • 4. Food Cost Management & Waste Optimization

  • Manage inventory, procurement, and vendor relations to ensure quality ingredients at optimal costs.
  • Track and analyze food and beverage costs, implementing strategies to minimize wastage and maximize efficiency.
  • Maintain a balance between operational cost-effectiveness and premium guest experience, ensuring sustainable profitability.
  • 5. Innovation & Industry Trends

  • Stay updated on global culinary trends, techniques, ingredients, and F&B innovations to keep offerings fresh, competitive, and trend-forward.
  • Experiment with fusion cuisine, plating techniques, and flavor profiles to elevate the brand’s culinary identity.
  • Collaborate with brewers, mixologists, and culinary innovators for research and development of new concepts, beer pairings, and seasonal specials.
  • 6. Brand Events & Experiential Engagement

  • Lead the culinary aspect of brand events, beer festivals, and chef collaborations, ensuring each event delivers a memorable gastronomic experience.
  • Design special menus and curated tasting experiences for on-ground activations, influencer events, and premium guest experiences.
  • Act as a brand ambassador of culinary excellence, representing Bee Young Brew Garden in public-facing events, media interactions, and collaborations .
  • 7. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Integration

  • Work closely with operations, service, and marketing teams to align culinary outputs with guest expectations and brand standards.
  • Coordinate with procurement, F&B operations, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution of menus, events, and campaigns.
  • Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management.
  • 8–10 years of experience in premium restaurants, gastropubs, or microbrewery kitchens .
  • Strong expertise in fusion and modern global cuisines .
  • Proven ability to conceptualize and execute beer-food pairing menus .
  • Dynamic leadership with a hands-on approach and creative mindset.
