Key Responsibilities
Assist in daily kitchen operations and manage team performancePrepare and supervise a wide range of multicuisine dishes, with a focus on authentic Gujarati cuisineEnsure high standards in food quality, hygiene, and presentationManage inventory, control food costs, and maintain operational efficiencyWork closely with the F\&B service team to deliver seamless guest experiencesUphold food safety and cleanliness standards consistentlyContribute to menu planning using seasonal and locally sourced ingredientsYour Skills & Experience
Proven experience in upscale hotel or resort kitchensStrong command of Indian, international, and especially Gujarati cuisineLeadership and team-building skillsStrong problem-solving and communication abilitiesAbility to perform in high-pressure and remote-location environmentsKnowledge of kitchen equipment, hygiene, and food cost controls
