Commis Chef – Sushi & Dim Sum

Location : Mumbai, India

✨ Role Overview :

We are looking for skilled and enthusiastic Commis Chefs who specialize in Sushi and Dim Sum preparation. The ideal candidate should have a flair for authentic Asian cuisine, precision in execution, and a passion for delighting guests with high-quality dishes.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in the preparation and presentation of Sushi and Dim Sum dishes.

Maintain hygiene and quality standards in the kitchen.

Support senior chefs in day-to-day kitchen operations.

Ensure consistency in taste, portion, and presentation.

Follow kitchen safety and sanitation guidelines.

Requirements :

Prior experience in Sushi and / or Dim Sum preparation preferred.

Basic knowledge of ingredients, techniques, and presentation.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Willingness to learn and grow with the team.
