Technical Sales Specialist

Techno Enterprise is a 15 years old firm with HQ at Ahmedabad and a branch office at Pune.

We are an authorized channel partner for various Indian and international brands in the field of Life science, Genomics and Biotechnology. We deal in Plasticware, Glasswares, Consumables, Reagents and instruments (Bench top & High end instruments) which are used in Life science Laboratory.

CTC : 2-4 Lakhs based on Experience and sales target.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Sales Specialist. Based in Pune, the role involves managing the sales process, including identifying potential customers, understanding technical requirements, and presenting tailored solutions. The specialist will provide technical support during the sales cycle, maintain customer relationships, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. While primarily located in Pune, but travelling of 70-80% required in and around Pune hence male candidate preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• Experience in Technical Sales and Sales processes
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with fluency in local language as well as in Hindi & English
• Proficiency in providing Technical Support and addressing client inquiries
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in life science field, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with the technology or manufacturing industries is a plus
