NetAmbit is hiring 17 dynamic Program Managers to lead our Direct Sales (B2C / Merchant) Operations in the Telecom & Fintech space (QR Code , Sound Box , Sound Pod ).

Locations : Noida | Ludhiana | Kamrup| Bangalore

Experience :

✅ Sales & Team Handling (Mandatory) of Max 5 Yrs

✅ Good Excel Knowledge (Must)

️ Working Days : 6 Days a Week

Travel : Comfortable with city-wide travel

Salary : Upto 5 lacs Fixed CTC.

Lead a team of direct sales professionals for merchant acquisition & relationship management

Develop strategies for merchant revisit & retail sales expansion

Drive acquisition, penetration & visibility in the digital payments ecosystem

Coach & mentor sales teams to achieve individual & team targets

♂️ Travel across the city to build market presence & ensure business growth

Monitor & track performance, customer service & compliance

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong background in Direct Sales / B2C Sales / Merchant Acquisition

Prior exposure to Telecom / Fintech / QR / Digital Payments preferred

Proven leadership & team management skills

Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
