Key Responsibilities :
Operations & Administration
- Assist in managing daily branch operations in compliance with policies and procedures.
- Ensure proper documentation, cash handling, and audit readiness.
- Supervise the work of front-office and back-office staff.
Sales & Business Development
Support the branch in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.Promote and sell financial products such as loans, deposits, insurance, or investments (based on sector).Identify and pursue opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.Customer Service
Address and resolve customer issues, inquiries, and complaints promptly.Ensure a high standard of customer experience and satisfaction.Build strong customer relationships and retain key accounts.Team Supervision & Training
Assist in training and mentoring staff on products, services, and processes.Motivate and monitor team performance to achieve individual and branch-level goals.Help manage staff schedules, attendance, and task delegation.Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure all regulatory, operational, and audit compliance requirements are met.Minimize branch-level risks by maintaining control over critical functions.Report suspicious transactions or policy breaches as per internal protocols.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.3–6 years of experience in branch banking, retail sales, or financial services, including team handling exposure.Key Skills :
