Job description

Job Description – Collections Associate

Process : C1B – First-party collections for a leading U.S. bank

Batch Date : 17th November

Responsibilities

  • Call and remind customers about pending payments
  • Follow compliance guidelines and maintain call quality
  • Achieve daily / weekly collection targets
  • Update system records accurately

Requirements

  • SSC / HSC with minimum 6 months international BPO experience
  • Good English communication skills
  • Prior collections experience preferred

    • Salary & Benefits

  • Without collections experience : ₹22,000 – ₹35,000
  • With collections experience : Up to ₹38,000
  • Unlimited incentives + training incentives up to ₹10,000
  • Centralized pick-up & drop (drop provided)
  • Rotational week-offs (2 per week)
