Job descriptionCreate and Monitor MIS to ensure portfolio health. Areas of work - Collections analytics, loss estimation, recovery models, strategy for improvement. Designing Agency payout and employee incentive. Vendor onboarding and engagement. Design Predictive Models for Pre-delinquency and post Delinquency pools using Machine Learning / Statistical Design Settlement / Write - off Recovery Models.

- Work on Collection Strategy Design & Monitoring, and provide data driven solutions to improve collections
strategy.
