1 Mainframe / Other COBOL Platform SME needed for key technical discussions on source application analysis and inventory understanding phase in the modernization program.

2 Design and Development activities to achieve desired outcomes through converted code.

3 Collaborate with customer application SMEs.

4 Offer ideas and options for complex legacy technology constructs and how they can be converted to the target technologies

5 Proactively tackle challenges as they arise

6 Provide continuous improvement feedback for product enrichment

7 Willingness to learn distributed environments
