Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Social Media Manager to own the social media presence for our portfolio of in-house brands. The ideal candidate has a background in a fast-paced agency environment and excels at managing multiple brand voices and stakeholder expectations. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and analyzing social media strategies that drive brand growth, engagement, and measurable results.

What You’ll Do :

• Multi-Brand Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for 3-4 distinct in-house brands, ensuring the content and tone are tailored to each brand's unique identity and audience.
• Content Calendar Management : Plan, schedule, and oversee the content calendar across multiple platforms for each brand (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook), ensuring a consistent and engaging content flow.
• Stakeholder Management : Act as the primary social media point of contact for internal brand leaders. Proactively communicate strategies, provide regular performance updates, and manage feedback effectively.
• Performance Analytics & Reporting : Monitor, track, and analyze key social media metrics (engagement, reach, conversions). Deliver clear, insightful reports to stakeholders to demonstrate ROI and inform future strategy.
• Community Management : Oversee community engagement, ensuring timely and professional responses that foster a positive brand image and build loyal audiences.
• Campaign Management : Plan and execute paid and organic social media campaigns from conception to completion, aligning with broader marketing objectives.
