We are seeking highly creative and strategic Social Media Manager with a strong focus on B2B campaigns and LinkedIn marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing impactful social media strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness and lead generation. This is a client-facing role , requiring excellent communication skills, creativity and the ability to manage content end-to-end.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B-focused social media strategies with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn + Meta campaigns .
- Create engaging, professional, and thought-leadership-driven content tailored to different client industries.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars aligned with campaign objectives and business goals.
- Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, present ideas, and drive measurable outcomes.
- Design visually appealing posts and creatives using Canva or other design tools (basic design skills required).
- Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and optimizations.
- Stay updated on LinkedIn trends, algorithms, and emerging B2B social media practices.
- Work closely with internal teams to align social strategy with overall marketing and business objectives.
Requirements
