Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Pune. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies, creating and posting content, optimizing social media profiles, and engaging with online communities. Daily tasks will include monitoring social media trends, planning content calendars, and coordinating communication efforts across various social media platforms.

Qualifications

• Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
• 3–5 years of experience in social media management , preferably in consumer brands, lifestyle, or pet industry.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills ; ability to adapt tone across platforms.
• Experience in creating and managing Content Strategies
• Proven ability to engage and grow online communities
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Proven experience growing social media accounts and driving engagement
• Experience with social media analytics tools is a plus
• Creative thinker with an eye for design and aesthetics.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
