We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Business Development proffesional to join our growing team in the premix industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business expansion, fostering customer relationships, and contributing to the companys long-term growth strategy. This position requires a balance of analytical thinking, customer engagement, and proactive sales execution to promote our high-quality premix products and services to a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct high-level industry research to identify emerging trends, business opportunities, and customer needs. Use these insights to develop effective sales strategies and solutions tailored to specific market demands.
- Promote premix products and services to new and existing clients through presentations, consultations, and relationship management. Build strong partnerships by understanding client requirements and offering customized solutions that add value.
- Participate in collaborative business meetings with internal and external stakeholders to share updates, discuss opportunities, and align sales goals with company objectives.
- Provide continuous, constructive feedback to the techno-commercial team to enhance product offerings, improve customer satisfaction, and optimize pricing and marketing strategies.
- Demonstrate a proven record of sales growth in the premix or related industry by achieving sales targets, increasing market share, and developing long-term client relationships.
- Leverage experience in customer service, marketing, or sales to ensure exceptional client support and seamless service delivery.
