Global Calcium - Manager - Training & Development

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify training needs, design annual training calendars, and evaluate training effectiveness to foster employee growth and development.
• Implement and monitor ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FSSC 22000, Halal, and cGMP standards to ensure full compliance with QMS requirements.
• Develop and maintain SOPs to keep documentation accurate, auditable, and always audit-ready.
• Support management in career development, succession planning, and performance appraisals through data-driven insights.
• Oversee pest control, laundry, and uniform management operations to maintain top hygiene and compliance standards.

Experience : 8-12 years (Pharma industry mandatory).

Qualification : UG / PG Graduates.
