Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Tiruchirappalli for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, developing strategies for business growth, and negotiating contracts. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, conducting market research, providing insights for product / service improvement, and achieving sales targets. The Manager will also represent the company in meetings, conferences, and networking events to promote the brand and establish partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
• Experience in Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Strategic Planning
• Strong Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation skills
• Knowledge of CRM software, Sales Analytics, and Project Management tools
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and achieve targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the industry or sector is an advantage
