Job descriptionCoordinate with production teams for manpower planning and deployment Manage contract labor (liaise with contractors, maintain registers) Ensure smooth shift operations and workforce discipline Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws : Factories Act, ESIC, PF, Gratuity, etc. Maintain statutory registers, returns, and documentation Handle factory inspections and audits (internal / external) Act as point of contact for grievance handling and conflict resolution Foster a positive industrial relations climate at the plant Plan and execute employee engagement activities and welfare programs Support recruitment of plant-level staff, operators, and blue-collar workforce Organize induction and onboarding programs Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs Prepare HR MIS reports : attrition, headcount, leave, etc. Assist in ISO / HR / statutory audits
HR Operations & Administration
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle : onboarding to exit
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and documentation
- Oversee attendance, leaves, shift schedules, and time office
- Coordinate with payroll team for salary processing
