Purpose Of The Role
We're looking for a competitive, hard-working, and goal-oriented Project Coordinator to become part of our PMO team.
As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. The main objective is to effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, and to do overall project management oversee scope, planning, vendor implementation, and ensuring project delivered in the assigned business unit.
Roles & Responsibilities
Set project timeline and Monitor project deliverables
Manage day to day operational aspects of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality deliverables
Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements.
Delivering High level Customer satisfaction
Delight clients with our delivery and continuous improvements on delivery process quality and productivity
Identify and manage project risk and maintain project plan applying appropriate project methodology
Report delivery status to customers and develop required delivery documentation.
Develop project plans, status reports, test plans, and associated documentation.
Billing clients as per payment terms and project milestone completion.
Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information.
Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
To be capable of working independently and have strong decision-making skills to solve the issues.
Required Skills
Minimum 5 Years of relevant experience
Excellent written and verbal communication
Team player and multitasker with exceptional organizational skills.
Ability to travel

Ability to take initiative and work effectively in a rapidly changing environment
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience in managing cross functional teams from initiation to successful completion.
Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
Education Requirements
Technical education background BE / B.Tech is preferred
Certification : PMP or PRINCE, CAPM,ITIL
