Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end delivery, governance, and execution of central Learning and Development programs
- Monitor program effectiveness and drive learner engagement
- Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and success
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and subject matter experts
- Track program performance, maintain relevant documentation, and provide regular updates
- Support strategic L&D initiatives including capability building, leadership programs, and innovation projects
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, quality standards, and audit requirements
Key Skills and Competencies :
