Key roles and responsibilities
Strategy and planning : Develop and implement recruitment plans and strategies to attract qualified candidates.Job Portal posting : Write and update job descriptions and post them across various channels like job boards and social media.Candidate sourcing : Find potential candidates through various sources, including professional networking sites and social media.Screening and assessment : Review resumes and applications to screen for qualified candidates and may conduct initial phone or video interviews.Interview coordination : Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Candidate communication : Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, provide updates, and manage the offer and negotiation stages.Hiring manager collaboration : Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment progress.Record-keeping : Maintain accurate records of applicants and recruitment activities using applicant tracking systems (ATS).Onboarding : Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.Employer branding : Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and promote the company's culture and values.Remarks-
