What You'll Do
As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will contribute to the long-range growth of Torry Harris by recruiting the best IT professionals from the industry.Help to build diverse engineering teams through tactical research, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns.Source and screen engineering candidates to help identify role fit and culture add.Provide market intelligence on job market trends.Apply a data-driven recruiting approach to help influence timely and effective hiring decisions, while using reporting tools that track pipeline activity.Be a subject matter expert who independently makes decisions that will impact recruiting and hiring decisions.Share real-time market data with Talent Acquisition, HR, and delivery teamWorking Dynamics :

A solid 5+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally with a significant stint in the IT sector.Prior experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring, software engineers from a high-growth technology.You stay current on market trends in the tech community, and leverage that data to influence your recruitment strategy and hiring decisions.Have experience meeting exceptional hiring goals in a metric-driven organization.You obsess about maintaining data quality and integrity.You enjoy solving problems, iterating on processes, and constantly thinking about ways to evolve and adapt to the ever-changing job market.You are process-oriented but adaptable to change and have the agility to context switch from various types of roles.You're a clear communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.The candidate's experience is your top priority. You are a trusted advisor—you understand a candidate's unique abilities and can help guide candidates to realizing their career aspirations at THBS.A utility player.
