Business Head - EPC (Pharma and Life Sciences)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly accomplished Business Head to lead a group of companies specializing in HVAC, cleanrooms, and turnkey EPC projects for the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry . This strategic leadership role will be responsible for driving business growth, operational excellence, and profitability, while ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for the EPC business in HVAC, cleanrooms, and allied solutions .
• Oversee end-to-end execution of EPC projects in the pharma and life sciences sector, ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
• Drive P&L ownership , achieving revenue growth, margin improvement, and cost optimization.
• Lead business development initiatives, expand client base, and strengthen relationships with pharma and life sciences clients.
• Ensure operational excellence through project management, resource optimization, and quality control .
• Lead, mentor, and develop senior leadership teams across the group companies.
• Identify new opportunities for diversification, partnerships, and innovation in EPC and allied services.
