Position Summary :
The incumbent is responsible for the development and execution of the strategic plan to increase revenue and share of wallet of Environment & Process Monitoring India business. Incumbent must establish rapport with existing clients and help to develop new relationships and business based on Incumbent's validated experience, knowledge and understanding. Incumbent must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the aim to make that vision a reality.
Responsibilities :
Business Growth & Strategy
Develop and implement short- and long-term strategies for profitable growth. Establish and implement regional business plans on a quarterly and annual basis.
Market & Customer Focus
Analyze market trends, competition, and customer segmentation to shape strategy. Build strategic relationships with key customers for sustained revenue and partnerships.
Channel & Customer Management
Expand and optimize distributor networks based on geographic presence and business potential. Maintain high Customer Allegiance Scores through strong processes and service excellence.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Service teams to create seamless, customer-centric processes for pre- and post-sales support.
Leadership & Operations
Lead and develop a strong team of senior commercial managers and frontline sales professionals. Drive business operations, from order flow to fulfillment and inventory management.
Process Improvement & Market Intelligence
Lead initiatives for business and process improvements. Stay updated on market insights to provide valuable industry knowledge.
