Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential customers through various means including referrals, leads, and cold calls.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about competitors.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotes to clients.
- Attend meetings, trade shows, and industry events to promote company products and services.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Provide feedback on customer trends, preferences, and competitor activities.
- Work closely with marketing teams to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
- Manage sales pipeline and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide training to clients as necessary.
- Take ownership of customer complaints and resolve them promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of product features and benefits to confidently address client inquiries.
- Provide ongoing support to clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth.
Required Qualifications
