Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at Inspira Enterprise India Pvt. Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth through innovative marketing initiatives and market expansion. You will play a crucial part in increasing customer value, developing compelling proposals, and fostering the professional development of your team.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings, initiating new business relationships.
  • Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
  • Research organizations and individuals to identify and uncover new business opportunities.
  • Focus on increasing the value of current customers while actively attracting and acquiring new ones.
  • Identify and develop new markets, and implement strategies to improve overall sales performance.
  • Attend relevant conferences, meetings, and industry events to network and stay abreast of market trends.
  • Develop compelling quotes and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Establish clear goals for the development team and business growth, and ensure these objectives are consistently met.
  • Provide training to personnel and actively help team members develop their skills, fostering a high-performing team environment.

Skills Requirement :

  • Proven ability to establish rapport and build strong client relationships.
  • Experience in planning and overseeing marketing initiatives.
  • Strong research skills to identify new business opportunities.
  • Demonstrated capability to increase customer value and acquire new clients.
  • Experience in market development and sales improvement.
  • Excellent negotiation and proposal development skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities to set and achieve team goals.
  • Aptitude for training and skill development of team members.
  • QUALIFICATION :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
