Key Responsibilities :
Site Operations & Coordination
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work progresses as per the project plan.
- Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, laborers, and vendors on site.
- Manage materials and equipment to ensure availability and proper usage.
Quality & Safety Management
Enforce adherence to safety protocols and site rules; conduct safety briefings.Inspect work quality to meet specifications and standards; report defects or deviations.Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S practices on site.Team Leadership
Lead and motivate the site workforce, addressing issues promptly.Assist in training and mentoring junior supervisors and workers.Facilitate communication between site workers and project management.Reporting & Documentation
Maintain daily site logs, attendance records, and progress reports.Report site issues, delays, and risks to the Project Manager promptly.Assist in preparing site-related documentation for audits and inspections.Qualifications :
Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fieldCertifications in safety (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) are advantageousExperience :
3–8 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in construction or industrial projectsFamiliarity with site management, safety regulations, and quality standardsKey Skills :
Strong leadership and team management skillsGood understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety practicesEffective communication and problem-solving abilitiesBasic computer skills for reporting and documentationSkills Required
