Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Pune. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily activities on the construction site, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and according to design specifications. The role involves coordinating with contractors and workers, monitoring progress, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction / interior site supervision and project management
• Knowledge of construction practices, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and interpret design plans and blueprints
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with relevant software and tools
• Bachelor&aposs degree in interior design
