Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Mechanical & Mechatronics Projects Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for overseeing the installation and commissioning of heavy-duty machinery, mechanical and mechatronics automation equipments, robot systems, automated welding systems, plant-relocation, to name a few of the functions. You will help in user training and supporting customers in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, study existing mechanical systems and analyse scope for improvement, and help customers in ensuring optimal performance of automotive and mechanical components, plant equipment preventive & break-down maintenance. The engineer will work closely with a team of professionals and technicians to ensure machineries operate efficiently and meets industry standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Mechanical / Mechatronics hardcore application engineering
• Knowledge of Automation systems and components
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to observe existing manufacturing processes and make note of potential improvements relevant to what Jiva offers
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or Production Engineering.
• Sales Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is useful
