Now, we’re expanding our field presence across Punjab and are looking for motivated Sales Executives to join our team.

Role Overview

As a Field Sales Executive, you’ll be the face of Fisko India in the market.

You’ll visit retailers, meet contractors and architects, conduct demos, and drive our retail growth strategy. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who loves being on the ground and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with hardware dealers, paint shops, and construction retailers.

Meet builders, contractors, architects, and interior designers to promote product usage.

Conduct in-store visits to ensure product visibility, branding, and display setup.

Generate new leads and convert inquiries into sales.

Execute field marketing and demonstration activities.

Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.

Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.

Requirements

12th Pass or Graduate (any discipline).

1–3 years of field sales experience in construction materials, paints, adhesives, or waterproofing preferred.

Two-wheeler and smartphone mandatory for daily travel.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong self-motivation, discipline, and accountability.
