Achieve and exceed the assigned sales targets for genomics solutions, including Next Generation Sequencing (NGS), custom DNA / RNA sequencing, oligonucleotides, and gene synthesis services in the Chandigarh territory.Promote and position Eurofins Genomics' offerings such as NGS (Illumina NextSeq500, HiSeq2500, MiSeq, PacBio Sequel), custom oligos, siRNA, and other genomic services to life science companies, research institutions, and academia.Develop and manage an efficient distribution and channel network to support sales in the assigned region.Identify, develop, and implement creative and effective sales and marketing strategies to grow the business.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the life sciences and genomics field.Regularly travel (up to 80% of the time) within the assigned territory to meet existing and potential clients, understand their research needs, and present tailored genomic solutions.Actively engage in outbound communications (calls, emails, in-person meetings) to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.Continuously collect market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer feedback to share with internal teams for strategic planning.Monitor, analyze, and report sales data periodically, along with forecasting to the Zonal Sales Head.Skills Required
