We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive sales growth, manage distributor networks, and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in the assigned region. The ASM will play a critical role in implementing sales strategies, achieving targets, and enhancing market share for our FMCG products.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Target Achievement : Drive sales growth to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the designated area.
- Distributor & Retailer Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers. Monitor their performance and provide necessary support for sales improvement.
- Market Development : Identify new business opportunities, potential markets, and customers to expand market reach.
- Team Management : Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and achieve KPIs.
- Promotional Activities : Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and product launches in alignment with company strategies.
- Data Analysis & Reporting : Monitor sales performance through regular reports, analyse sales data, and provide insights for strategy improvement.
- Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination : Ensure timely availability of products in the market by coordinating with supply chain and logistics teams.
Key Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or any related field (MBA preferred).
Experience : 3-5 years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.Skills :
