Job Description - Tele Consultant – AHA! Smart Homes

Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Tele Consultant to engage with prospective and existing customers over the phone. The role involves providing accurate information, understanding customer needs, and offering suitable solutions or services. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a polite and confident phone manner, and the ability to meet performance targets.

Location

Our main centre is located off Linking Road in Santacruz (West), Mumbai - https : / / maps.app.goo.gl / 56MPpg9XZPsWBb1Y9. However, the candidate should be mobile within Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) at least.

Working Hours

Days - 6 days a week

8 to 9 hours per working day

You will be eligible for a total of 85 days off in a calendar year (January to December). All leaves indicated below are are mutually exclusive
