Senior HVAC Design Engineer

Role Summary :

We are seeking experienced Senior HVAC Engineers to join our dynamic design team. The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering HVAC design packages within budget and schedule while ensuring high standards of quality and coordination. The role involves working on a variety of projects including commercial, retail, healthcare, residential, and high-rise developments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and deliver HVAC design scope elements in alignment with project schedules and budgets.
• Develop concept, schematic, and detailed designs for HVAC systems across various building types.
• Provide space planning and HVAC system layouts in coordination with the project team.
• Supervise and guide junior engineers and draftsmen to ensure quality and accuracy of design deliverables.
• Produce design documents including calculations, drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Conduct HVAC system calculations and select appropriate equipment including VRV, district cooling, heat recovery ventilation, kitchen & basement ventilation systems.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and standards, including UAE authority guidelines.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including structural, architectural, and electrical disciplines.
• Utilize advanced tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, HAP, and BIM360 for efficient design and documentation.
• Participate in project management duties as required.
