About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Lead Designer - HVAC to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Interior Design and MEP Design teams to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems into overall project designs, while coordinating with the Project Management team to ensure accurate implementation aligned with design intent.

What Makes The Role Successful

• Lead and manage a team of HVAC Design Engineers, providing technical direction, mentorship, and performance guidance.
• Develop and refine design concepts based on project specifications, ensuring alignment from concept through construction stages.
• Review, check, and validate design and material specifications for tenders and project execution.
• Verify material data sheets, conduct material take-offs, and support accurate project estimations and cost validation.
• Collaborate with drafting and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality design deliverables.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation including meeting minutes, design progress reports, validation reports, and project completion records.
• Incorporate feedback and lessons learned from completed projects to drive continuous improvement and design excellence.
• Guide and train the team on emerging technologies, sustainable design practices, and new tools in HVAC system design.
• Ensure effective coordination with site teams to address design-related queries and ensure smooth project execution.
• Inspire, mentor, and motivate the design team to achieve technical excellence and meet project timelines.
