About the Role :
At G6 Hospitality, the Franchise Excellence team drives process improvement, builds SOPs, ensures seamless operations, manages the franchise helpdesk, and delivers product excellence. We are looking for an Analytics & Projects Lead to spearhead data-driven initiatives that enhance efficiency, optimize processes, and generate actionable insights across our franchise network.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, monitor, and report on KPIs for franchise operations, helpdesk performance, and SOP adherence.
- Use SQL, Python, and advanced Excel to design dashboards, analyze trends, and generate insights.
- Lead process improvement and automation projects, from scoping to execution and scaling.
- Drive structured project management across initiatives, ensuring stakeholder alignment and measurable outcomes.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and recommendations for leadership decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor's / Master's degree from a premier institute.3-4 years' experience in analytics, process excellence, or project management.Strong technical skills : SQL, Python, and advanced Excel.Proven ability to deliver insights that drive operational impact at scale.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Track record of leading cross-functional projects with measurable results.(ref : iimjobs.com)
