About the Role :

At G6 Hospitality, the Franchise Excellence team drives process improvement, builds SOPs, ensures seamless operations, manages the franchise helpdesk, and delivers product excellence. We are looking for an Analytics & Projects Lead to spearhead data-driven initiatives that enhance efficiency, optimize processes, and generate actionable insights across our franchise network.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, monitor, and report on KPIs for franchise operations, helpdesk performance, and SOP adherence.
Use SQL, Python, and advanced Excel to design dashboards, analyze trends, and generate insights.
Lead process improvement and automation projects, from scoping to execution and scaling.
Drive structured project management across initiatives, ensuring stakeholder alignment and measurable outcomes.
Prepare executive-level presentations and recommendations for leadership decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor's / Master's degree from a premier institute.

3-4 years' experience in analytics, process excellence, or project management.

Strong technical skills : SQL, Python, and advanced Excel.

Proven ability to deliver insights that drive operational impact at scale.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Track record of leading cross-functional projects with measurable results.
