Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Analyst with strong SQL and basic Python skills to drive data-led decision-making and revenue growth across our App and Web platforms. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with business acumen, delivering actionable insights that directly improve performance metrics and marketing ROI.
Key Responsibilities :
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.
- Leverage Python for data automation, exploratory analysis, and workflow optimization.
- Build dashboards and generate reports to monitor key App & Web revenue and performance metrics.
- Conduct funnel and conversion analysis (impressions - clicks - installs - conversions) to identify drop-offs and growth opportunities.
- Deliver actionable business insights that optimize campaigns, improve ROI, and support strategic decision-making.
- Execute data-driven initiatives that directly contribute to revenue growth.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in marketing, product, and growth teams to diagnose metric movements and recommend strategies.
- Collaborate with data / engineering teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and availability.
Skills & Qualifications :
5-6 years of experience in data analytics or business analytics roles.Proficiency in SQL with ability to write and optimize complex queries.Working knowledge of Python for data manipulation and automation.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills.Experience with App & Web performance metrics (traffic, CTR, ROAS, conversion, retention, revenue).Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent) is a plus.Exposure to growth, marketing analytics, or e-commerce / OTA industry preferred.Excellent communication skills with ability to translate data into business impact.(ref : iimjobs.com)
