(Customer Support / Technical Support / Sales Executive / Technical Sales Executive)

Location : Jaipur, Rajasthan

Qualification : Graduation (Any Stream)

Shifts : Rotational Shifts (Mostly Night Shift)

Salary : ₹27,000 – ₹36,000 CTC

Key Responsibilities : Manage international customer queries via calls, chat, and email

Provide accurate information and troubleshooting support

Resolve technical issues for global customers (for tech roles)

Maintain professionalism and deliver high customer satisfaction

Meet performance metrics including Quality, CSAT, AHT, and Sales targets

Update all interactions in CRM tools

Work closely with team leads and quality teams for improvements

Required Skills : Excellent English communication (verbal & written)

Strong customer handling and problem-solving ability

Technical understanding (for Technical Support / Technical Sales)

Ability to work in night shifts and fast-paced processes

Sales ability and persuasion (for sales roles)
