We are looking for a dynamic and driven Academic Counselor with 3 years of experience in student advisory, counseling, or EdTech sales to guide and convert potential learners into enrolled students for our flagship MBA + AI integrated programs. This role requires a consultative sales approach and an understanding of how AI is transforming business education and careers.
Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion : Engage with incoming leads via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and video sessions to counsel them on program offerings.
- Program Advisory : Understand student goals and recommend the right MBA + AI program based on their academic and professional background.
- Sales Closure : Manage end-to-end sales cycle from inquiry to enrollment, with a consultative and value-driven approach.
- Target Achievement : Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
- Follow-ups and CRM : Maintain timely follow-ups and update the CRM with student interactions and sales pipeline status.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and operations team for the smooth onboarding of students.
- Market Feedback : Share insights from student conversations to improve offerings and communication strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required (MBA or education background is a plus).3 years of experience in academic counseling, inside sales, or student advising - preferably in EdTech or higher education.Strong communication and persuasion skills (English proficiency is a must).Comfortable with consultative sales and explaining complex program structures.Ability to thrive in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.Knowledge of AI / technology trends in business is an added advantage.This job was posted by Pragya Baghel from Miles Education.
